MEMBERSHIP FEES

Eastwood Epping Swimming Club Inc and Registration to N.S.W. Swimming Association.

The N.S.W. Swimming Association fees are $42 per swimmer, any age, and $12.50 per non-swimmer.

The club fees are $35 for a single swimmer or family swimming group. eg.

• $89.50 Swimmer plus 1 non swimming parent ($42 +$12.50 + $35)
• $245.00 5 Swimmers in a family ($42 * 5 + $35)

Membership Fees cover Capitation Fees for N.S.W. Swimming Association. All members receive a log book and cap.

REGULAR NEWSLETTER

The Club issues a regular newsletter throughout the summer. The newsletter keeps members informed of Club activities, future carnivals and any items of interest to members. If you have any items you would like included, please see the Newsletter Editor.

GENERAL MEETINGS

Club meetings are held throughout the summer season and as required during winter. Summer meetings are held in the Club room after the races on selected Saturday mornings. The dates will be advised. These meetings are open to all interested parties and it would be pleasing to see a lot of new faces attending as this is where decisions affecting all members are made. Constructive criticism, ideas and suggestions are all welcomed at meetings. Let’s hear your thoughts. Help build a better Club.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This will be held on Sunday, 2 May 2010 in conjunction with Presentation day at Epping Aquatic Centre.

OFFICIALS’ CREDENTIALS

The Club encourages parents and seniors to obtain N.S.W.S.A. Inc. Swimming Officials’ Credentials. Lectures and examinations are held each year for the positions of Timekeeper, Check Starter, Starter, Finish Judge and Recorder. It is necessary to have had practical experience in a particular position before credentials will be granted. The Club will certainly benefit from having Official Credentials.

COACHING is provided at the pool by approved coaches. For more details, contact the pool management or phone the pool on 98765495

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES The Club from time to time holds social functions. Come and enjoy the friendly fun environment. For details of up-and-coming social events, please refer to the Newsletter. Regular sausage sizzles will be held during Saturday morning races. Refer to the ‘Season’s Race Schedule’ in the centre pages of the Logbook, it can also be found here.
